Nafy.ai User Agreement

Welcome to Nafy.ai. This document establishes the relationship between you and our AI music generation service. When you create an account or generate music on our platform, you enter into this binding agreement.

1. Acceptance of This Agreement

By registering, browsing, or creating content on Nafy.ai, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this document. If you disagree with any provision, please discontinue use immediately.

2. What Nafy.ai Offers

Nafy.ai is an artificial intelligence platform that converts your text descriptions, lyrics, and creative ideas into original musical compositions. We provide two membership tiers:

• Basic (Free): Create music for personal enjoyment only
• Pro (Paid): Full commercial licensing included

2.1 Who Owns the Music You Create?

Pro Members:

• Every piece of content you submit—lyrics, voice recordings, written prompts, melodies—belongs entirely to you.
• All AI-generated tracks, remixes, and adaptations produced from your inputs are your exclusive property.
• Nafy.ai makes no claim whatsoever to anything you create or upload.
• Monetize your creations anywhere—streaming platforms, advertisements, films, games, live performances.
• You bear full responsibility for confirming that materials you upload do not violate anyone else's copyright.

Basic Members:

• When using Nafy.ai at no cost, you permit us to showcase, reproduce, or reference your generated tracks for service enhancement and promotional activities.
• Music created under the Basic tier may only be used privately and cannot be monetized.
• Want commercial rights? Upgrade to Pro.

How We Protect Your Work: All membership levels benefit from enterprise-grade encryption and security protocols safeguarding your creative assets.

3. Data We Collect

Operating Nafy.ai requires gathering certain information from you—email addresses, billing details, and usage patterns. Full details appear in our separate Privacy Policy document.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and improve site performance. Our Privacy Policy explains this in detail.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not use Nafy.ai to:

• Break any local, national, or international laws
• Copy or steal copyrighted material belonging to others
• Upload viruses, trojans, or any malicious code
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against any individual or group
• Impersonate others or spread false information
• Attempt to hack, overload, or disrupt our servers

5.1 Prohibition of NSFW and Adult Content

Nafy.ai strictly prohibits the generation, upload, distribution, or solicitation of NSFW (Not Safe For Work), sexually explicit, pornographic, or adult content of any kind through the platform — including lyrics, prompts, audio, images, and videos. This prohibition is absolute and applies to all users, regardless of subscription tier or jurisdiction. You must NOT use the platform to create, request, store, or share:

• Sexually explicit lyrics, prompts, imagery, or audio descriptions
• Any sexual or suggestive content depicting, referencing, or implying minors (CSAM) — such content is strictly forbidden and will be reported to the appropriate authorities
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, deepfakes of real persons, or sexualized depictions of identifiable individuals
• Content that sexualizes violence, abuse, or exploitation
• Prompts, lyrics, or metadata designed to elicit, bypass filters for, or otherwise produce any of the above

We employ automated and human-reviewed content moderation to detect prohibited prompts and outputs. Submissions flagged or denied by our moderation systems will be blocked, and we reserve the right — without prior notice — to suspend or permanently terminate accounts, withhold refunds, retain related logs for compliance and audit purposes, and report violations to law enforcement, payment processors, and other relevant authorities. Use of the platform constitutes your agreement to comply with this NSFW prohibition.

6. Managing Your Subscription

• Cancellation Policy
  • Cancel anytime via your dashboard or by emailing our support team
  • Your Pro benefits stay active through the end of your paid period
  • We do not issue partial refunds for unused days
  • After cancellation, your account reverts to Basic status
• Exceptional Cases
  • Extended outages or platform malfunctions may qualify for credit—contact us to discuss

7. Changes to This Document

Nafy.ai may revise this agreement periodically. Major revisions trigger a 30-day notification window before taking effect. We decide what qualifies as a major revision.

8. Governing Law

United Kingdom law governs this agreement. Any disputes will be resolved under UK jurisdiction, without reference to conflict-of-law rules.
